To set up your Electronic Billing you will need to know these few things to simplify getting set up online.
Security Code: call Falcon Broadband to receive
Account Name as it appears on your bill
Account Number: using your full account number including zeros
Username:
-Usernames are case sensitive
-They must be 6-16 characters
-Cannot contain spaces or special characters
Password: must include lower & upper case letters and also numbers and it must be at least 8 characters long
Email Address: you will receive a confirmation email that your payment was received or notices of any changes to your account.
Security questions must be answered
Signing up for Ebill doesn't mean you have to pay online, you can still pay by check or use the online payment option. Being on Ebill means you won't receive a bill in the mail anymore but instead will receive an email when your bill is ready to be viewed online. If you wish to have a paper copy of your invoices, you have the option to print copies through the Ebill system. Best of all, you will not be charged the $1.50 paper bill fee required for printing & postage costs.

| Effective April 1st - FSN Becomes ROOT Sports |

FSN Rocky Mountain, FSN Pittsburgh and FSN Northwest will introduce a new brand identity to become ROOT Sports in Spring 2011. The ROOT Sports brand has been in research and development for more than a year and represents the company's mission to serve its regional sports fans and team partners.
The ROOT Sports logo will be gradually introduced in to the Northwest, Pittsburgh and Rocky Mountain markets through off-channel and promotional efforts effective immediately while the on-air transition will take place at the start of the 2011 Major League Baseball season.
FSN Rocky Mountain has telecast rights to the Colorado Rockies, Utah Jazz, University of Colorado, University of Denver, as well as Big 12 football and women's basketball, Pac-10 football and basketball and ACC basketball all shown on channels 61 & 512.
