2 New HD Channels Now Available
Last month we announced that we would be adding 2 new HD channels. This month we are happy to announce that those two channels, E! HD and Style HD, are currently available to all HD subscribers.

E! HD is on channel 535 and Style HD on 536.

New Digital Guide Coming May 16th - 20th
Rovi has released a new version of the current iGuide and we will be updating all of the set top boxes between May 16th and May 20th. This update will provide new and improved features for all users. DVR users will gain additional recording options, search options, and will now be able to store similar shows in to folders. All digital set top box users will experience an enhanced flip bar, advanced parental controls, new quick menu and main menu, along with many new features. This update should take place automatically and shouldn't be service affecting to customers. Of course with an update of this scale there is always the chance of some set top boxes not cooperating. If your set top box doesn't take the update automatically, please call our office at 573-5343.
Call Before You Dig

Spring is here and that means yard work but before you start digging please pick up the phone and call 811 to ensure that when you dig you'll be safe from hitting any underground utilities.

811 is a new federally-mandated N- 11 number designated by the FCC to consolidate all local "Call Before You Dig" numbers and help save lives by minimizing damages to underground utilities. One easy phone call to 811 quickly and easily begins the process of getting underground utility lines marked. Local One Call Center personnel will then notify affected utility companies, who will continue to mark underground lines for free.

Whether you are a professional excavator or an avid do-it-yourselfer, you need to call 811 before you dig every time.
