I wanted to send you a special thanks to both Kisha for assisting us and to Greg for coming out to really fix our TV to get much better reception.  He was very professional, very knowledgeable, willing to stay until we were satisfied, and totally exceeded our expectations.  He was also five minutes early!  Falcon Broadband exceeds our expectations.
